Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to Registration, Annual Practising Certificate (APC), and Badge Order transactions.

All application and order requirements requirements must be fulfilled within four (4) months of the date of application. This includes full payment of any applicable Registration, APC, and/or Badge Order fees.

Any registration or APC application that remains incomplete after this period will be deemed withdrawn. Any payment received in respect of such a registration will be refunded, less a non-refundable administrative fee, the amount of which is determined at the discretion of the Registrar.

Fees paid in respect of incorrect registrations or Annual Practising Certificate applications, including applications for re-registration or applications submitted under incorrect conditions, will be refunded less a non-refundable administrative fee, the amount of which is determined at the discretion of the Registrar.

The administrative fee reflects merchant fees incurred during the transaction process and costs associated with processing registrations and is non-refundable.
